Dugan Kelly’s love of agriculture drew him to WSR Insurance’s Pasture, Rangeland, and Forage program. He enjoys helping local ranchers, providing producers risk management tools to cover the precipitation needed to produce forage for their operations. Dugan attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he was on the rodeo team. After attending college, he rodeoed professionally for fifteen years and qualified for the national finals rodeo seven times in the team roping. He has called California’s central coast “home” for the past 32 years.
