Melissa Ladner grew up in Northern California and now resides in Southern Oregon with her husband, Casey, and their two daughters. She joined the WSR team in 2020, where she specializes in assisting farmers and ranchers enrolled in the PRF program with their Property and Casualty (P&C) needs. Passionate about risk management, she enjoys working alongside her husband to help mitigate risks for agricultural producers. A graduate of Chico State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science, she also holds a Master's in Education and a Master's in School Administration. Prior to joining WSR, she served as a high school agriculture teacher, fostering her deep connection to the farming and ranching communities. In her free time, Melissa is dedicated to her family, supporting her daughters in their athletic pursuits—volleyball, basketball, and rodeo. She is also an avid supporter of CattleWomen, 4-H, FFA, and the National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA), remaining actively involved in the agricultural youth organizations she cares deeply about.
