Tom Scarlett is the Senior Vice President at WSR Insurance. Since 1986, he has placed coverages for his clients in the areas of property and casualty, workers’ compensation, and benefits. Tom’s clients consist of commercial accounts ranging from apartment complexes to agricultural risks. He holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Tom graduated from University of California, Davis with a degree in Agricultural Economics and Business Management, where he also played on their golf team.
