Wil Bangerter joined WSR in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in agricultural risk management. He specializes in selling PRF, LRP, Animal Mortality, and all MPCI products, providing tailored insurance solutions to farmers and ranchers. Prior to joining WSR, Wil gained valuable experience working for Deseret Ranches in Central and North Florida, where he managed cattle operations. Raised in Melba, Idaho, where he currently resides, Wil is deeply rooted in the agricultural community. In addition to his work at WSR, he runs cows on his family's Cow/Calf operation, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and needs of livestock producers. Outside of work, Wil is a proud father of four—two girls and two boys—and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jess, and their children. His hands-on experience in both insurance and agriculture allows him to serve his clients with a unique understanding of their needs and goals.
